Хорошее расположение в тихом месте. Наличие открытого и закрытого горячего источника. Постельное белье чистое, кровати удобные. В номере есть халаты и одноразовые тапочки, чайник и набор чай-кофе. На ужин предусмотрены бесплатно вода и прохладительные напитки типа колы, фанты и т.д. В течение дня можно пить бесплатно холодную воду. Прохладительные напитки можно пить из одноразовых стаканчиков, что, несомненно, плюс при проблеме с чистотой в отеле. Приятная живая музыка по вечерам, очень мелодичные песни. Атмосфера создаётся приятная, несмотря на наличие существенных недостатков в работе отеля. Красивый холл. Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. По английски практически никто не говорит, но объясниться всегда можно при обоюдном желании. При посещении Памуккале получила тепловой удар, так сотрудники отеля заботливо предложили стакан домашнего айрана, и мне стало значительно лучше.
