+: + L’accès direct à la plage + La grande piscine + Le snack restaurant et beach bar+ La propreté des chambres et de l’hôtel en général+ Terrains de tennis à proximité

-: - Les espaces communs ont besoin d’un rafraîchissement car un peu vieillot - Les jus, cocktails et café sont imbuvables - Le dîner finit assez tôt à 21h - Très peu de disponibilité pour les terrains de tennis et les équipements laissent à désirer ( grippe de raquette déchiré et seulement 2 balles pour jouer)- On nous a donné une chambre avec 3 lits simples alors qu’on avait réservé une chambre double. La clim faisait bcp de bruit. Ils nous ont changé de chambre le 2 eme jour : chambre double et pas de bruit de clim, c’était bcp mieux

+: Tesisin hem konumu hem imkanlarını çok güzeldi⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ resepsiyon misafir kabul danışmanlık bürosu hizmet personeli temizlik personeli hepsi güler yüzlü teknik servis elemanları bile güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanlı . Ayrıca animasyonlar çok güzeldi animasyon ekibi elinden geleni yapıyordu herkes eğlendirmek için hem çocuklar hem yetişkinler için her gün farklı bir eğlence hazırlanıyordu.

+: 🇬🇧porto Bello Resort hotel & Spa, is the best hotel I never seen in my life. All of the staff workers are very friendly and helpful people From cleaning up to managing they work hard to the best service. I can’t wait the next summer holiday to back again to Porto Bello hotel.

+: Food was good and clean property, guest relation was very polite and helpful and staffs were amazing.

-: Most of their staffs were rude and anxious, reception was rude but guest relations was amazing

-: Reception staff was a mid age guy was so rude and disrespectful, we had an awful experience as soon as we arrived with his attitude but rest of them were nice. Most of the time lift was out of order and safe box didn’t work and took long to send someone to sort it out. Also at the front of restaurant it was very rude staff with long hair and wearing glasses to say hello and welcome to EVERYBODY but he chose to say hello to anyone he likes and it was disgusting and very racist.
