+: Our room was very stylish and comfortable, clean, good location.
-: Air conditioning and power kept turning off but they fixed it which is fine. One big problem was the cleaning lady came in and serviced our room when we specifically put the sign NOT to come in. Also Note there are two buildings so we were separated from our friends.

+: Friendliest staff in Istanbul ! So helpful and answered all our questions promptly.Room was really clean and exactly what is described.The second bed wasn't the most comfortable but did the job for the night.In a great location in the hub of old town, extremely close to most tourist attractions.Definitely recommend for your stay in Istanbul !
