+: Spacious accomodation. Lovely pool.Excellent inclusive breakfast.Wonderful to have washing machine and dishwasher to use.

-: Further from beach than we realised. Free shuttle bus only ran for first two days. Then taxis😢Asked for additional pillow, bed coverings but never received.(3 times) Restaurant not open every night but no advance notice given. Staff children noisy (screaming crying chasing kittens) at meal times. To be fair we didn't realise it wasn't a 'traditional' hotel with normal facilities. No reception desk manned - just a person in a security office. No information about restaurants, places to visit etc in foyer. Few staff understood English but we didn't realise it was an area that attracted mostly German and Russian tourists so that was understandable. In the town most people spoke some English. Everything priced in Euros which was the preferred currency.

+: Sehr gepflegte und schöne Anlage. Pool sauber und gemütlich. Appartement 3+1 großzügig groß und funktional eingerichtet. Beim Ankommen alles soweit sauber, außer die Terassenmöbel.Nette Mitarbeiter im Resort.

-: Kein Handtuchwechsel, kein Bettwäschewechsel, keine Reinigung in den 10 Tagen des Aufenthalts! Aber auch keine Putzmittel, Lappen, Waschmittel etc. verfügbar um es selbst zu tun...Frühstück war nicht zufriedenstellend, Sauberkeit und Hygiene mangelhaft. Keine Kühlung von verderblichen Lebensmitteln bei 30°. Keine Abwechslung beim Frühstückbüffet, keine große Auswahl.
