+: Spacious room
-: The cleanliness is not taken seriously. The small bottles of shampoo and body wash are refilled, but they are not cleaned, you see residue of ol liquids on them. They look horrible. The towels are so old. At breakfast, the tongs are so old and not functioning properly. They are supposed to help us grab food, however they are so loose that you can't grab a piece of bread or cheese. The Internet is SOOOO SLOWWW. On checkout I asked the staff to provide a receipt, they said they will email it to me, till now they haven't, it's been 4 days that I checked out.

-: Pour un hotel 5 étoiles, il y a quelques soucis: - la literie est très dure - le personnel ne parle pas l'anglais, n'est pas souriant et pas du tout commerçant - le petit dejeuner est très moyen et le nom des produits n'est pas affiché - le personnel de la réception vit sa vie sans se soucier des clients - cet hotel ne semble pas avoir de directeur
