+: Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen und immer hilfsbereiten Personal! Lusie am Empfang war sehr hilfreich beim Besorgen einer Hochzeitstorte! Danke nochmals!Auch die Herren, die die Autos geparkt haben, hatten immer ein Lächeln - und wir mussten uns um die Autos keine Gedanken machen. Die Zimmer waren wie gebucht, leider waren wir zunächst in ein größeres Zimmer geführt worden - da fiel der Umzug schwer. Alles war sauber und ordentlich.Frühstück hat uns auch gut gefallen, große Auswahl, gute Qualität (außer Käse).Auch hier aufmerksamer Service.
-: Von der Liegewiese und dem Strand waren wir ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht. Die Sauberkeit an beiden ließ eindeutig zu wünschen übrig - daher der Punkte Abzug. Auf der Liegewiese waren überall verstreut abgebrochene Bambusstöcke von den Bambus Sonnenschirmen, Zigarettenkippen, Plastikstrohhalme und deren Papierhüllen, Kronenkorken, Scherben von den Tontöpfen, die eigentlich für Abfall da waren. An unserem zweiten Tag habe ich einen Manager darauf angesprochen, kurz drauf erschienen auch 2 Männer von Housekeeping und schafften etwas Ordnung.Aber an den nächsten Tagen war die Situation wieder ähnlich.Am Strand schwammen Plastikbecher, Servietten, Strohhalme usw. Ja, es war windig und ja, vielen Gästen ist es egal, wenn ihre Plastikbecher wegfliegen, aber einmal am Tag sollte das weggemacht werden. Es ist nicht nur nicht schön anzusehen, sondern auch furchtbar für die Umwelt.

+: The staff! Absolutely adorable people, the location, the room(we already booked a suite, and still were offered an upgrade so yayyy!), plus it is adjacent to market place so you can enjoy the view as well as shop as you move around.

+: Exceedingly friendly and attentive staff,Immediately adjacent to a beautiful bay with safe swimming for young children.Excellent food with extensive range.
-: Only a minor quibble, that its position is on the edge of the built up area of ‘Bodrum’ so require a taxi to ‘the best’ fish restaurants if not wanting to dine in the immediate adjacent ones.
