-: Il personale che ci ha accolto è stato molto arrogante e maleducato, mi ha detto che dovevo pagare supplemento perché per loro i bambini sono fino a 6 anni , io non ho accettato abbiamo avuto una discussione. Poi mi ha dato una camera con 3 letti , io avevo riservato per 4 . Ho dovuto alzami alle 10 di notte per chiedere 1 letto per il bambino non voleva dare il letto abbiamo litigato.
