One of our best sellers in Alanya! Kleopatra Ramira Hotel is located centrally in Alanya, 801 m from the famous Kleopatra Beach and 0.6 mi from the lively town center. +: Eten en drinken behalve coffee. Zwembad was leuk en schoon.
-: Eten op strand was tegen betaling toch all inclusive gereserveerd. Schoonmaken was niet op gewenst tot dat we aan de servicebalie gevraagd dan wordt goed. Bed bij zwembad worden om 9 gereserveerd door mensen die naar strand gingen.

+: Basically it was a base for us,we booked for 3 weeks,so it was conveniently situated for our purpose.
-: This hotel mainly caters for Russians and Eastern Europeans which is predominant in the food it serves.But the worse thing is the beds,Never in my 68years have I come across such hard mattresses,like sleeping on a slab of granite,every part of me hurt every morning,the beds were the main talk around the pool.

+: Sve je bilo ok, smeštaj čist( čišćeno svakog dana), hrana sveža i raznovrsna, piče korektno( pivo,sokovi...) baš to što pijemo, šatl bus do plaže dobar, tačan.
-: Nemam zamerki, jedino možda daljina od plaže, ali ni to ne smeta...mi volimo da prošetamo.

+: A fost mâncare diversificată la masă, în special carne de mai multe feluri, având în vedere ce se întâmplă în hotelurile astea de "mâna a doua" în Turcia în 2024 ,a fost bine.Plaja a fost drăguță, fără pietre.Am stat în 3 hoteluri în sejurul meu din 2024 și aici s-a mâncat cel mai bine.
-: Recepționerul m-a prostit și în loc de doua camere cum aveam plătit,am primit un fel de apartament,am încercat să contactez BOOKING-ul să mă sprijine dar nu mi-a răspuns nimeni,poate cu ocazia asta mă aude cineva.Piscina mare dar îngrămădeală la șezlonguri și nu prea ajungea soarele pe toată suprafața ei ,din cauza clădirilor din jur,transportul la mare se facea cu un microbuz,băgau în el și în picioare ca sardele,noroc că se mergea încet și în caz de vreun accident nu cred că se putea întâmpla un carnagiu,fapt pentru care am ales să merg pe jos la plajă.

-: Un bagagiste a forcé mon fils à lui donner deux euros en échange d un service (oubli de sa carte). Malgré un effort soutenu, la nourriture était d une qualité moindre.De plus , le goûter était inexistant .
