One of our best sellers in Alanya! Kleopatra Ramira Hotel is located centrally in Alanya, 801 m from the famous Kleopatra Beach and 0.6 mi from the lively town center. Free sun loungers, cushion and umbrellas are available at the beach area. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool and guests can benefit from the sauna, Turkish bath and the gym. +: Ruokaa reilusti tarjolla. Huone siivottiin useasti.
-: Minulla on keliakia ja kysyin joistakin ruoista, onko gluteenittomia. Tarjoilija ei ymmärtänyt asiasta mitään. Olisi hyvä, jos gluteenittomat tuotteet merkittäisiin jotenkin. Nyt piti jättää syömättä ruokia, joista ei ollut varma.

Henkilökunta ei ottanut kontaktia,ei välttämättä tervehtinyt,juttelivat paljon venäläisten kanssa.allssalue pieni,usein ihmiset valtasivat aurinko tuolit jo aamulla sekä ruoka pöydät ulkona missä sitten istuivat koko päivän. Hyvin paljon venäläisiä siitä iso miinus puoli. He sulloivat ruokaa reppuihin eikä kukaan siihen puuttunut.

+: I would say that with the price I paid (421 euros for nine nights), I got very good quality and really cannot complain. The room was spacious, the food (all-inclusive) and drinks were ok, and there was a free beach and two pools. The hotel is located 15 15-minute walk from the beach and 25 minutes walk from the city center, which is, I believe, a great location. Having said this, I would pay twice as much next time to have a better quality vacation (see below).
-: It is a very Turkish all-inclusive experience; take it or leave it. My room had a balcony looking at the swimming pool, which means it was NEVER quiet. The music and noise from the bar are there till midnight. You have loud families and crying kids everywhere. The room was not cleaned regularly, and the bed sheets and towels were not changed even once in NINE days. The bed is old, and the pillows are so bad that I had to start sleeping without pillows as my back hurt badly. Some staff members are very rude, too. I am definitely not coming back - yet as I mentioned before, I agree that for the price I paid (assuming how little then the personnel was paid for their work and thus - lack of enthusiasm) - I cannot really complain
