+: I liked the location and the rooftop restaurant

-: The wifi didn’t work in our rooms. I thought the restaurant was very pricey.

+: Good location of the hotel. Clean room. Basic breakfast but normal for the price. Friendly and helpful concierge and some receptionists. Convenient airport transfer arranged by the hotel. Amazing view from the rooftop restaurant.

-: Bathroom had several issues that need improvement. Staff inconsistencies and the restaurant staff were unfriendly. No iron in the room, had to order through room service. Frustrating experience with the rooftop restaurant's billing and service.

+: Un hôtel pas très bien situé pour les familles qui ont des enfants, pas évident quand on a une poussette, le lit n’était pas confortable et la climatisation faisait un bruit qui dérange la nuit

-: Je recommande pas l’hôtel, pas très confortable en plus on a payer un transfert à l’aéroport pour 40€ et on a du attendre 35 minutes pour que le chauffeur arrive et a on a du sortir et marcher 10 min à pied avec les bagages pour le rejoindre plus bas

+: I loved my stay at the hotel. The location is perfect. Very central. The staff was amazing, very friendly and very helpful. The room was as described and they even let me check in earlier. I highly recommend
