+: The staff was amazing!!!! The breakfast was the best we had in Istanbul. Everything was great. Highly recommend this hotel!

-: Our floors in the room were a little dirty maybe needs a better clean but we spent so little time in our room that it really didn’t bother us that much.

-: Except the very last night, the air conditioner was weak and tended to stop sometimes, so the room was too hot

+: Breakfast was sub-par. They had lots of options but it was just not good. They had apple, orange and cherry juice but they were warm and not cold. I had to ask for ice. The dining area has a door and it was usually kept open so they were some flies that got in. The rooms were ok. They were not that clean but manageable. They did not have iron in the room so i had to ask for it every time. The view from the top of the terrace was beautiful. The staff especially Yusuf, Kareem and Mariam were very helpful and courteous. The location is very close to Haga Sofia,blue mosque and to the Chamberlain train station. The only downfall all the restaurants around are pricey. You have to take metro and go away from the touristy area to get less expensive options.
