+: Die Lage nahe der blauen Moschee. Betten sind sauber.
-: Das Zimmer war schmuddelig. Ein rotbrauner großer Fleck neben dem Bett hielt offenbar jeder Reinigung(?) stand. In der Toilette waren die Hinterlassenschaften der letzten 10 Vorgänger zu sehen. Die sanitären Anlagen waren unsauber.

-: I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Reina in Istanbul. Despite a confirmed reservation for 2:00 PM, the room was not cleaned by 3:00 PM. We were only offered a smaller room, which was unacceptable for us. We had to cancel our reservation and find a new hotel, which was very stressful and expensive. The customer service and organization of the hotel were disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel.Ich hatte eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung im Hotel Reina in Istanbul. Trotz einer bestätigten Reservierung für 14:00 Uhr war das Zimmer um 15:00 Uhr noch nicht gereinigt. Uns wurde nur ein kleineres Zimmer angeboten, was für uns unakzeptabel war. Wir mussten unsere Reservierung stornieren und ein neues Hotel finden, was sehr stressig und teuer war. Der Kundenservice und die Organisation des Hotels waren enttäuschend. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.
