+: Struttura accogliente e suggestiva. Bellissima terrazza con vista su Goreme. Stanza tripla molto spaziosa e curata (ci sarei rimasta volentieri più dei 3 giorni programmati). Personale eccezionale, molto gentile e professionale, mai pressante. Aaron sempre pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta di supporto sempre col sorriso. Ci ha prenotato volo in mongolfiera e passeggiata a cavallo. Tarek gentilissimo in ogni occasione. Davvero tutto molto bello e piacevole.

+: Very cozy boutique hotel. Nice interior, nice staff, very well located and a nice roof top terrace. Just 3mins. walk from the sunset point (highest point around Göreme)
-: The rooms are very clean and beautiful. However, small things like a broken bin, dirty kettle and that room service never stocked the toilet paper and the shower gel didn’t fit in the overall amazing atmosphere of the hotel.

+: Mooi "cave" hotel met grote kamer. De locatie is perfect, vlakbij het busstation en vlakbij alle winkels en restaurants, maar ook vlakbij een uitkijk punt. Terras op het dak met verschillende zit en relax plekken met mooi uitzicht en grote parasols voor schaduw. Verschillende activiteiten te boeken in de buurt maar ook gewoon in het hotel, voor bijvoorbeeld de balonvlucht. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat goed Engels spreekt.
-: Kamer was een beetje te warm 's nachts, een simpele plafond fan zou dat wel oplossen. Badkamerverlichting was een beetje donker

+: When you first arrive, they explain to you everything very well. Good english and communication. Early check in allowed. With tours available. Airport transfers offered which was a very big help! Walkable around the city proper, very near to center, beautiful room, comfortable, spacious, everything was perfect ❤️ we loved our stay!
