+: Le personnel très aimable et souriant, l'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel, un grand merci à tous le personnel et surtout le jeune gérant , jai modifié ma réservation 2 fois et lhotel malgrès qu'il est chargé ils ont modifié et nous ont offert une formule petit-déjeuner malgré que ma reservation était sans petit-déjeuner. C'est un très bon hôtel 1 min de taksim centre et proche de tout . Un super hôtel a ne pas rater .

-: Petit déjeuner manque de créativité juste pour remplir le ventre c est tout un seul jus de citron chaque jour et machine a cafe distribue de cafe bas de gamme et dans les chambres pas d insonorisation si tu occupe les étages bas puisque c est quartier actif les voitures te laissent pas dormir il faut s installer dans 6 eme etage et plus… la bouteille d eau et sachets de café normalement offert chaque jour dans la chambre malheureusement jamais renouveler apres le 1 er jour de séjour
