+: Location was great. 5-10 minutes walk from blue mosque. Manager Parvin spoke English which was a blessing for us as communication otherwise is difficult in Istanbul Was straightforward and responsive.
-: Very small family room size for 5 of us (2 adults, 3 children). When booking, it was made to look as though we were getting interconnecting rooms with an extra bed along with a double bed and 2 single beds but instead It was just one room only with one double bed and a sofa bed. Not sure if this is the fault of booking.com or the hotel itself. When asked for larger room, I was told this was the biggest room they had and that we had to pay extra if we wanted another.

-: Unfortunately many things. I haven't been in worse accommodation ever. anywhere in the world. The laminate was damaged, the bed linen was torn, the towels were gray, the kitchen was really awful-hobs were extremely dirty. The housekeeping come only once(we stayed 4 days).We didn't expect this considering the property was rated 9.1!!!!Or may be there is a way to fake the rate.
