+: Das Hotelpersonal ist größtenteils freundlich und hilfsbereit. Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen sind ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen dauert nur 25 Minuten.

-: Während meines Aufenthalts war das Hotel überfüllt. Nach 11 Uhr morgens gab es am Pool keine freien Liegen mehr, sodass man früh aufstehen und einen Platz reservieren musste – wie in günstigen Hotels – um den Tag am Pool verbringen zu können. Die Geschwindigkeit und Qualität des Internets waren miserabel. Im Zimmer funktionierte das WLAN praktisch nicht, sodass ich auf das Mobilfunknetz angewiesen war. Auf meine Beschwerde hin versprach das Personal, einen Techniker zu schicken und das Problem zu beheben, was jedoch leider nicht geschah. Ein unangenehmer Vorfall ereignete sich in der Snackbar. Der Kellner brachte meinem Sohn versehentlich einen Hamburger statt eines Cheeseburgers. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, doch als ich darauf hinwies, dass es nicht unsere Bestellung war, reagierte der Kellner unhöflich in schlechtem Englisch und meinte, er könne den Teller zurücknehmen, aber wir müssten dann neu bestellen. Wir entschieden uns, darauf zu verzichten. Eine Minute später brachte derselbe Kellner unsere richtige Bestellung und beschwerte sich lautstark bei meinem Sohn, warum er das falsche Essen gegessen habe. Ich und andere Gäste an den Nachbartischen waren schockiert über dieses Verhalten. Ein Kollege des Kellners kam schnell hinzu und erklärte ihm etwas auf Türkisch. Eine Entschuldigung blieb jedoch aus. Mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier, aber die Qualität ist spürbar schlechter. Für knapp 600 Euro pro Nacht für zwei Personen lohnt es sich nicht.

+: أفضل مكان للإجازة الصيفية المرح يبدأمن الساعه 9 صباحاً حتى ساعه 11 ليلاً , الإفطار متنوع بشكل يومي و رائع و البوفيه مفتوح سهل الإختيار و بعدها إما ذهاب للمسبح و الشاطئ او حجز لباص ذه لاند اوف ذه ليجند إلي هو أساساً مدفوع القيمة , الشاطئ و المسبح ليس الموضوع عادي مع خدمات الفندق , الموضوع افضل من عادي حيث يتوفر مناشف ( فوط ) و طلب مشروبات بشكل حديث و رائع و الطريق هي مسح الضوئي على رمز الطاولة و الدخول إلى القائمة و الإختيار و بعدها الإرسال دقائق و الطلب موجود عندك و ليس الطريقة القديمة و هي مناداة الجرسون او طاولة الطلبات , للعلم الخدمة متوفرة للمسبح و الشاطئ , بعدها بإمكان اختيار دراجات الهوائية او احد الأنشطة الترفيهية المتوفرة , للإطفال حتى سن 9 يوجد نادي الأطفال , هذا النادي متعوب عليه فيه أنشطة خاصة للأطفال , و للملاعب توجد انشطة للأبناء من عمر 10 سنوات وما فوق , بالنسبة للأباء و الأمهات بإمكانهم الاختيار بعد العشاء سواء الجلوس في احد البارات ( متوفر انواع كثير من المشروبات الغير كحولية ) و الإستمتاع بالجو و كذلك توجد حفلة موسيقية كل يوم لفرقة مختلفة اجنبية حتى ساعه 11 مساءص حيث الجميع مرهق , توجد باصات لموقع ذه لاند اوف ذه ليجند مرتين في اليوم و للرياضيين كذلك توجد انشطة خاصة لهم في نادي الصحي , توجد خدمة لم اعرفها من قبل و هي ( مساعد الضيف ) يتم إضافتك في مجموعة بالواتس اب و من هذه المجموعة تطلب الأمور التي تحتاجها مثل حجز الباص لتوصيلك إلى موقع او إستفسار عن امور معينة , المكان روعة و جميل و أنصح بشدة لزيارته و الإستمتاع بخدماتهم .

-: يمكن المبلغ يكون عالي نوعاً ما ولكن يستحق التجربة .

+: The sea view, the all inclusive concept, service in general. Wapp group is very helpful as well as the qr code for ordering around the pool and some of the restaurants. This year they had photographers around the hotel which is a nice touch. You can have your picture taken and later decide if you want to buy (13 eur per digital photo). Previous year there was a photographer standing in front of the restaurant but this is way better. I can recommend Jusuf, such a great professional photographer! Our kid had birthday and they sent us a cake and some balloons that our kid loved very much. Also, they helped us and find my boy’s toy and I thank the customer relations for that. Rixy club is important for us as we have a little child and the staff is great, although there aren’t presents any more for kids when they leave. The cleaning lady was very nice and did her job excellent. Free access and transfer to Land of Legends is a nice touch, but for us one time was enough and it is pretty expensive over there.

-: Since this was our 3rd year and 4th stay at this hotel, we noticed that there is a drop in facilities and amenities. For example - there is a towel limit by the pool from last summer. This year there were no bathrobes in the room, had to order (we were in 2 rooms and the same thing happened), which I think must be the standard for a 5star hotel. I know that cats are a thing in Turkiye but there are too many of them around food in the restaurants! There are so many if them that we did not feel comfortable, we saw them urinate on the terrace, sitting on chairs, walking around tables. This is a dealbreaker for us as well as the incident regarding water dropping from the ceiling in the middle of the night. The water was all red from rust and the scene was not comftortable at all! I alarmed the reception and technician came right up and solve the dropping (they said it was the AC related problem) but for us it was a very unpleasant experience. This happened the last day so we deceided to stay in that room and have 2-3 hours of sleep before we had to go.I know that many people are saying the furniture is worn out and the hotel always responds that they are going under constant renovation, but vacationing there from 2022. and being in 6 different rooms in total (4 standard, 2 junior suites), unfortunately nothing has changed. The price went up though.Also, an upgrade from sea to panoramic view and the same room category is a little to modest to our opinion being there for the 4th time.I am very sorry but this is the last time for us at Rixos Downtown.
