Each room at Rixos Sungate - The Land of Legends Access features a TV with satellite channels and LED lighting, a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a safe. Some rooms have a terrace and a jacuzzi. The bathroom with a bathtub includes a hairdryer. The hotel offers various room categories, including standard rooms, family rooms, and luxurious suites with additional space and exclusive services.

+: Öncelikle personel çok ilgiliydi memnun etmek için üstün gayret ve çaba içindeler en büyük takdir ekibe. Denizi çok güzeldi. Tam bir çocuklu aile oteli. Dolu dolu etkinlik, çok sayıda restoran ve yemek çeşidi vardı ve üstelik hem çok temiz hem çok lezzetliydi her şey. Titiz biri olarak hijyen açısından memnun kalmam çok önemliydi. Barlar, içecek çeşitliliği çok iyiydi. Land of Legends Tema Parkında misafir edilmek büyük ayrıcalıktı.
-: Türk müşteri sayısının az olmasına üzüldüm. Enflasyon ve ekonomik durumlar göz önünde bulundurulup Türk misafirlere yönelik kampanya ya da indirimler olmalı. Türk müşteriler birbirini görünce mutlu oluyordu adeta.

+: -Location is quite convenient - Beach is clean and nice- Staff and guest service are quite responsive and helpful - Updates for activities and events are being sent daily to whatup. - They have employees who ask for feedback to improve service - The main restaurant has a variety of delicious food. Very clean too. - transport service is very professional and on time- very nice shows . We really enjoyed it.
-: - House keeping they come very late to clean the room. We leave the room at 8:30 am , come back at 3:00 pm to get some rest , yet our room was not ready. Unfortunately, this occurred multiple times during our stay and we had to calll the room service to take action. Housekeeping definitely needs more proper management.- Sport actvity center infront of the beach are not helpful and thier offerings are overpriced. They also offer photos and go pro vedios that are triple the price of the activity itself. Not satisfied at all.- the sea food restaurant, which has extra charge has no variety of food. Only 2 options for main course . Salad, appetizers and main dishes are already offered in the main restaurant for free. So it was not a new experience in terms of food. My advice try the restaurant in the afternoon time if you want to enjoy the sea view, as the same restaurant opens as a snack restaurant during the afternoon time without any extra charges.inclusive with the room. - we had a free ride to legend of the land yet we had to come back early at 5:00. We couldn’t enjoy the nighttime experience and shows at this place. They should schedule 2 different times to accommodate the preferences of the guests.
