+: This is our second time staying here after spending summer last year here too! I highly recommend selecting your room on the app, it really does make for a better stay. Staff are always so accommodating and even when I ended up with an infection and our room couldn’t be obtained for late checkout, the manager put us in another room until we left for our flight as courtesy so that I had somewhere to rest, they really do care about experience. Restaurant always has themes it’s really spectacular! They really don’t do anything by halves.
-: The only slight negative I have comparing it to last year is being a fussy eater, it would be great if there was a little consistency in some food stations. Last year I absolutely loved the cheese pasta, it was a consistent (lunch and dinner) that was changed this year and they change the pasta sauces up a little too much. I noticed a lot of kids as well relying on the Bolognese pasta a lot and the other sauces remained really full. It would be great if some sauces like cheese or arrabiata were consistent so us fussy eaters could enjoy the food a little more too!

+: Sehr gemütliche Anlage mit tollem Essen, gutem Entertainment und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Anlage: unglaublich sauber. Es war ständig jemand unterwegs und hat alles an Müll aufgesammelt. Auch am Strand. Zimmer: täglich frische Handtücher, die Betten wurden gemacht und der Müll entsorgt. Essen: sehr viel, vielfältig und frisch. Im main Restaurant Magico gab es jeden Tag Themenabende, von Türkisch, Italienische bis hin zu mexikanisch ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Es ist absolut nicht notwendig die kostenpflichtigen Restaurants zu besuchen. Spa: ACHTUNG! Viel Verkaufsgelaber, viel zu überteuerte Preise. Hamam kann man mal ausprobieren. Aber wer gute Massagen gewöhnt ist, der sollte dort keine buchen. Mitarbeiter: sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. An allen Pools ist ein lifeguard der sofort zur Stelle kommt. Und auch sonst ist das Personal für jeden Spaß zu haben und sehr zuvorkommend. Entertainment: abwechslungsreiches Programm, ob Shows im Amphitheater, Pool oder Strandparties, Kinderprogramme oder Sportevents. Es ist wirklich für jedermann etwas zu finden was Spaß macht.
-: Es ist verständlich dass bei so vielen sich ständig wechselnden Gästen, man sich nicht an jeden erinnern kann. Doch wenn man dem Duty Manager ein Anliegen äußert und er einem seine Visitenkarte gibt und seine vermeintliche Hilfe anbietet, dann erwartet man auch als Gast ernstgenommen zu werden. Leider wurden wir über mehrere Tage hingehalten, nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen schien es sogar am Ende so, als hätte er komplett vergessen was wir von ihm wollten und so mussten wir uns letztendlich selbst um unser „Problem“ kümmern. Gute Gästebetreuung geht anders.

-: Rooms are very small and need maintanence and renovation. Air conditioning in all areas were old and needed replacement or at least repairs. The ac in room for instance was definetely not powerful enough. The sinks and toilets in public restrooms need upgrades.The staff are lovely but the service is somewhat slow.
