+: Personel çok yardımcı ve kibardı, beyefendi bizimle gelip kombiyi açarak ilgilendi sağolsun.

-: Temizlik beklentimizin bir tık altındaydı. Taş oda olduğu için tozlaşmayı anladık, normal olabilir diye düşündük fakat klozet kapağı kırık ve iyi temizlenmemişti.

-: Ola tudo bem , ao chegar no hotel parecia tudo bem legal , porem ao chegar ao quarto standard , a experiencia foi horrível , desde ao acesso ate todo quarto , como lençol e travesseiro mal cheiro , poeira em moveis , sujeira no local , lixo sujo, teia de aranha nos roda teto , ou seja a reclamar com recepcionista porem nao falava ingles , foi um péssimo experiencia , conforme fotos Enfim tive que trocar de hotel ali na hora, pagando um preço elevado , pois estava ali em capadocia nao podia deixar de ter boas experiências Desde grato . Resumindo nao recomendo esse hotel de jeito nenhum ,nao vale apena!! Aguardo retorno e reembolso pois fui frustrado e tive gastos extras Hello, how are you, when we arrived at the hotel everything seemed very cool, but when we arrived at the standard room, the experience was horrible, from access to every room, such as sheet and pillow bad smell, dust on furniture, dirt in the place, dirty garbage, spider web rotates us ceiling, that is, complaining to the receptionist but did not speak English, it was a terrible experience, according to photosFinally, I had to change hotels there at the time, paying a high price, because I was there in capadocia I couldn't help but have good experiencesI'm grateful. +: Absolument tout ! Chambre magnifique dans une maison troglodyte, probablement la plus belle chambre dans laquelle j'aie séjourné de toute ma vie. Grande salle de bains avec douche et jacuzzi, literie confortable, chambre bien chauffée, vue magnifique sur la terrasse et petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux... Et bien évidemment un personnel disponible et sympathique. Un séjour magique.

+: Location is great, staff were polite and responsive. Cave room could be great in better conditions.

-: Cave room had almost 100% humidity and was infiltrated with black mold over most walls without even a working bathroom fan. Serious health risk. Shower floods and even the sink is sloped backwards to spill water behind the cabinet. Pure derp neglect. Smaller than expected room as well and I smashed my head multiple times in low hanging areas. Breakfast basic and lacks nutrition.
