-: The hotel location is uphill in an unpaved road. The staff couldn’t speak any English nor replied our messages in the booking app prior to our arrival. The reception had a strong cigarette smell. The WiFi was very unstable

+: It was so a nice stay, and all the staff was so kind and they smiled!! It's not easy to find it in Turkey special Zehra, and the breakfast was so delicious, sure I recommend it if you don't care if the place is far away from the down city
