+: I like the the facilities like the water bottles and the coffee machine and how it was easy to do check-in online and have the room key also wifi was good the room was clean with comfortable bed.
-: The noise of the cars in the street they need to change the windows because all the noise arrives for us while we sleeping i was so tired and i slept but if i was not very tired it gonna be big problem to sleep and there is no possibility to resolve the problem because the reception open only few hours during the day , also the breakfast was very poor even the girls on the breakfast they can not speak English!!

+: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer sauber und wurde regelmäßig geputzt. Die Lage war top. Ich war zufrieden.
-: Der technische Zustand von elektrischen Verbrauchern (elektrische Verkabelung Fernseher, Steckdose) ist noch verbesserungswürdig. Vor dem FensterBalkon (Blick im Untergeschoss auf quasi Hinterhof-Terasse) war eine Schuttablade, da der Untergeschoss sich gerade im halbfertigen Umbau befand. Dieser Schutt (alte Türen, Holzbretter) sollte dort nicht bleiben. Auf der Bettenrückenlehne waren im Polster Flecken. Am Waschbecken im Zimmer waren die Schutzfolien der Waschschüssel nicht entfernt. Im Treppenhaus wäre eine Grundreinigung und ein Neuanstrich wünschenswert. Alles in Allem für den Preis und die Lage ok, jedoch ist hier noch einiges an Luft nach oben, welches dem Hotel die Chance bietet noch attraktiver und frequentierter zu werden. Die oben erwähnten Details sind keine Kritik, sondern Hinweise um dem Hotel die Möglichkeit zu geben, sich hier weiter zu verbessern.
