+: Nur die Lage. Personal auch sehr nett

-: Unterkunft sehr schlecht. Wir waren zwar nur auf der Durchgangsreise und haben dort nur eine Nacht verbracht. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer bekommen wo es nur ein Doppelbett war und zwei Couch zum ausziehen. Matratzen katastrophal. Alle Kissen verschieden. Bettlaken zerquetscht. Anscheinend wurde es gar nicht gewechselt. Bad reine Katastrophe. Verschimmelt und dreckig. In der Küchenzeile nur ein Kaffeebecher und drei Teller. Und wir waren als Familie mit drei Kinder da. Preisleistungsverhältniss sehr schlecht. Nur die Lage fanden wir gut weil alles fussläufig zu erreichen ist. Aber auch ein Trubel am Tag und am Abend.

+: La ubicación es inmejorable, la vista desde la terraza es preciosa y el desayuno estupendo.La amabilidad del personal siempre muy sonrientes, agradables y con buen servicio al cliente vale destacarlo. Nos dieron una excelente atención desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestra partida.

-: Douche cassée : l’eau ne sortait pas par la douchette. Il fallait se doucher accroupi sous le robinet.L’évier de la cuisine et la vaisselle était sale et même rouillé. Il y avait des moisissures sur les assiettes.Lors de notre accueil, on ne nous a pas donné spontanément la télécommande pour la climatisation, il a fallu réclamer la climatisation à l’accueil. Il n’y avait pas assez de papier toilette, à peine un rouleau, pareil, il a fallu réclamer à l’accueil.
