+: The guest relation manager Mr Selcuk was so helpful and nice in making sure I was comfortable by transferring me to their other hotel. Royal seginusThe chef and waiters at the restaurant were amazing. Nice and friendly with lovely smile. Good food, tasty. They would also advise on amazing choice.

-: On both hotels, staff members are not friendly, barely smile, or engage in conversation. Only the restaurant staff were amazing. No activities.All inclusive, but you can't take to your room. I don't understand why. If you had to , then you pay for room service. However, other hotels have an option for free room service during this less busy season (winter).Free mini bar was filled up only once out of 4 days spent. The service guy also had an attitude.Upon check-out from Royal seginus, I asked for assistance with my luggage, after 5 minutes waiting for my luggage, and taxi was waiting for me, I had to go to the room and get all by myself only for the guy to tell me, he didn't see my luggage (2 cabin bags, 1 23kg trolley and 1 back pack) something that largemuch. Anyways, it is what it is.
