+: Thank you for a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean and located in the heart of Istanbul. Rooms are cleaned daily, and bottled water is provided. Breakfasts are excellent. The staff is very helpful, even in challenging moments when there was a power outage in the hotel; they arranged accommodation for us in a nearby hotel. Huge thanks to Ayham and Serkan! We will come back to you.

+: Really clean and modern! Very close to the Blue Mosque, so in a prime location. Breakfast was really nice! The view from the patio was really good as you could see the sea. Musrad was very welcoming and aimed to sort out all our problems with ease, so thankyou!
-: The electricity went off for a full day and the owner did not do anything for residents staying at the hotel! No back up generators or anything, which isn’t ideal when it’s scorching hot! The lift is really small. Please note, the electrical sockets all require an adapter as they are all two pin sockets - isn’t ideal at all! The hotel should have at least 3 pin electrical plug sockets in specific locations. No iron present in the room!

+: Ottima posizione nel centro del quartiere di Sultanahammet...da lì si può girare comodamente a piedi.Zona tranquilla anche x uscire di sera e ricca di ristoranti tipici.
-: Purtroppo c'è stato un problema di energia e x 2gg su 3 non abbiamo avuto corrente...la notte non funzionava l'aria condizionata ed è stato un problema dormire. I ragazzi sono stati comunque gentili con noi e disponibili.
