Nestled in the village of Çolaklı, not far from the popular Side region, Side Sunset Hotel offers its guests quality service and a comfortable stay surrounded by picturesque nature. The hotel, opened in 2010 and renovated in 2021, spans an area of 3,500 m² and is an excellent choice for those seeking a tranquil vacation. According to open sources, Side is renowned for its ancient ruins, beautiful beaches, and vibrant atmosphere, while Çolaklı offers a more secluded yet accessible retreat.
The hotel features two four-story buildings, housing 56 cozy rooms with ceramic tile flooring. For entertainment and relaxation, the hotel boasts an outdoor pool spanning 230 m², along with water slides—one for adults and one for children. Guests can also enjoy a terrace and a garden for unwinding, and a car park is available for those traveling by car.
Side Sunset Hotel operates on an "All Inclusive" (AI) basis, which covers buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main restaurant, capable of accommodating 120 people. The package also includes local alcoholic (beer and wine) and non-alcoholic beverages served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The poolside bar operates during the same hours. For an additional charge, guests can order imported alcoholic beverages, Efes beer, cocktails, Turkish coffee, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and drinks after 10:00 PM.
The hotel is located on the third line, 600 meters from the public sandy beach, accessible by crossing the road. For guests' convenience, a complimentary shuttle runs to the beach four times a day. +: Zaletą było to, że dostępne były leżaki nad basenem ale większość ludzi wolała jeździć busem na plażę może dlatego nie było przepełnienia. Wręcz w niektórych godzinach było nawet pusto. Nawet dobra kawa z automatu. Dostępny arbuz codziennie i czasem melon. Blisko fajna restauracja ale to nie hotelowa więc to nie plus dla hotelu. Blisko dolmuszem do centrum side około 15-20min.
-: Bardzo głośno puszczana muzyka z głośnikami nad samymi leżakami przez co trzeba było do siebie krzyczeć oraz słychać było ją do późnych godzin w pokoju bo okno balkonowe nie było szczelne. Codziennie te same piosenki tureckie głównie. Klimatyzacja zagrzybiona. Ręczniki katastrofa dostaliśmy w plamach brudne, nie wymienione ani razu. Ani razu nikt nie przyszedł posprzątać w pokoju i łazience. Brak piwa przez cały pobyt!!! Więc w ofercie all dostępny był tylko ich mocny alkohol typu rakija, nie nadający się dla kobiet. Za kolorowe drinki kazali płacić po 10€ od sztuki. Bar czynny dopiero od 10 i do 22. Jedzenie cały czas kasza, ryż i makaron i jajka na śniadanie. Co dziennie 1 rodzaj wędliny a raczej mortadela plus 1 rodzaj sera żółtego i białego. Surówke trzeba było sobie zrobić z sałat i pomidora głównie i codziennie. Nie zawsze było nawet jakies mięso do obiadu lub kolacji. Zero ciast. Tylko pianka w 3 kolorach i baklawa i chalwa. Wifi działało tylko w recepcji. Zero animacji. Brak plaży. Bus kursował tylko 3 razy na dzień od 10 do 16 ostatni. Na tamtej plaży płatne leżaki i bar. Nikomu nie polecam tego hotelu. Na pewno więcej tam nie pojadę nawet za darmo.

+: Nur der Pool ist ansprechend , aber bei dieser generellen mangelhaften Sauberkeit habe ich Zweifel , dass der Pool wirklich gepflegt ist
-: Das Hotel ist extrem schlecht gemanaged . Es gibt keine Sauberkeit , nirgends . Alles ist so verdreckt, man hat Angst sich irgendwo hinzulegen. Bei uns haben sogar die Handtücher und Bettlaken gefehlt . Kamen erst nächsten morgen . Das Essen ist auch eine Katastrophe , Der Weg zum Stand ist weit und der Strand selbst ist voller Steine , bei dem man sich die Füße aufstößt. Dazu noch nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage.

-: Het was vies! Ontzettend vies. Toiletbril zat los. Schimmel in badkamer. Vieze vlekken op de grond in kamer. Airco werkte niet ondanks dat de zon op de kamer stond de hele dag. Overal lagen haren (niet van ons). Dekens hadden vieze vlekken. Onze dochter (1jaar) moest in een baby bedje die opgemaakt werd met handdoeken ipv bedden goed. Gelukkig had ik zelf beddengoed mee. Het zwemwater was troebel, ondanks dat t schoon gemaakt werd.
