+: The staff is great,especially Esat.Carib was very heplfull.Communication without problem.The staff speaks both English and Russian.Location is super.All tourist attractions places are about fifteen minutes walk.While visiting Istnbul next time I'll definitely stay there.I recommend this hotel to everyone!

+: La ubicación es excelente para ir caminando a todos los lugares de interés. Una calle súper animada con negocios abiertos hasta muy tarde (como en todo lo que vimos de Istanbul). Las habitaciones que dan a la calle, pueden tener algo de ruido, pero las ventanas aíslan bastante bien. El trato del personal de recepción, Carib, es maravilloso. Muy amable, claro y dispuesto en todo momento. Puede ayudar a planificar las horas de visita, si así se lo requiere. Conoce muy bien Istanbul. Contratamos el transfer del Hotel para la ida al Hotel, salió €40. Pero luego, Carib nos ayudó a contratar un taxi y esa opción fue mucho mejor y salió mucho más barata (1000 liras turcas€27 aprox., precio fijo desde antes por intermedio de Carib, para no tener sorpresas) Muy limpio. Coincide con las fotos. El aire acondicionado funcionaba. El WiFi andaba muy bien. Recepción abierta las 24 horas.

-: Algunas cosas necesitarían un poco de mantenimiento. Pero aún así sigue teniendo muy buena relación calidad-precio. Cuidado con las canillas del baño, al abrirlas el agua sale con mucha fuerza y moja todo alrededor :)
