+: Das einzige was mir gefallen hat war der Pool Services die Kellnerin war Top!!

-: Da gibt es SEEEEHR VIELE Punkte.. als erstes möchte ich sagen dass die bettwäschen nur jeden dritten TAG gewechselt werden, die Zimmer werden auch nicht richtig geputzt Vorallem die Dusche und der Balkon waren sehr schmutzig! Desweiteren möchte ich erwähnen dass man ab 8-10 Uhr nicht am Pool sitzen kann weil es voller Insekten sind mein Mann wurde von 100 Mücken gestochen er konnte nachts nicht mehr schlafen vor Juckreiz!!! Wir sind krank vom Urlaub zurückgekommen, sehr schwach für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.. der Abteilungsleiter Herr İskender ist sehr unhöflich gewesen und als wir ihm gesagt haben dass es am Pool Bereich mal Insekten Spray sprühen soll hat es uns nur dumm angeschaut uns wurde immer versprochen dass die was tun werden gegen die Insekten aber es ist nichts passiert!! Dieses Hotel hat nicht mal ein Stern verdient die Frau Suzan an der reception haben wir das Problem auch geschildert aber sie hat auch nichts unternommen. Wir haben die Mückenstiche auch vorgeizeigt Frau Suzan meinte wir sollen es mal beim Arzt im Hotel untersuchen lassen die wollten dann extra noch 140€ für die Untersuchung haben SEHRR SEHRR SCHLECHT DIESES HOTEL WERDE ICH KEINEM EMPFEHLEN!!!

+: Mindenki azon faradozik, h a vendegek jol erezzek magukat. Mindenhol minden tokeletes volt. Tiszta, oriasi valasztek az etteremben, kedves szemelyzet. A Gozlemes holgy es Nisan a gorkoris felszolgalo a medencenel kifejezetten kedves. Barmikor szivesen ujra mennek!
