+: The location was as expected

-: The toilet was dirty with pee drops in the edges, the room itself didn't lool clean as well as the stairs. They do not offer wifi anywhere. The receptionist said only in the reception area but it didn't work either.... He had to switch on and off the router as it wasn't working. He really couldn't care less.I ended up booking another place and. avoid stress in a beautiful Bodrum

-: Az étkezésnél nagyon lassú és kedvetlen volt a kiszolgálás. Korábban ez nem volt jellemző erre a szállodára. 3 évvel ezelőtt sokkal nagyon volt a választék az ételekben.

-: Die Zimmer waren nicht so atemberaubend, aber auch nicht besonders wichtig, da wir immer draussen waren.

-: Les heures de disponibilités du terrain de tennis, l’hôtel donnait priorité à un prof donnant des cours particuliers à des externes à l’hôtel au lieu de privilégier les clients de l’hôtel !!!

-: 13 Mayıs 2021 tarihinde Booking üzerinden 18-24 Temmuz için (bayram dönemi) 6 gece için 3 kişilik rezervasyon yaptık. Ödeme kredi kartından çekileceği için bakiyesi müsait kredi kartı bilgilerimizi rezervasyon sırasında sisteme yüklemiş olmamıza rağmen 16 Temmuz tarihinde tesisin kredi kartı bilgilerimizin eksik olduğu gerekçesiyle ödeme alamadığına ilişkin bildirimde bulunması üzerine Booking kredi kartı bilgilerimizi güncellememiz için 24 saat süre verdi. (Booking üzerinden yapılan rezervasyonları tesisler kendi insiyatiflerine göre iptal edemiyorlar, iptal için tek seçenekleri ödeme alamamış olmak). Biz kredi kartı bilgilerimizi bildirim gedikten 5 dk sonra aynı bilgileri yeniden güncellemiş olmamıza rağmen eş zamanlı olarak tesisten rezervasyonun Booking tarafından iptal edildiğine ilişkin bir mesaj aldık. Bu sırada Booking üzerinde rezervasyonumuzun hala onaylı ve aktif görünmekteydi. Bunun üzerine yaptığımız telefon görüşmesinde tesis yetkilisi, Booking’in rezervasyonu kendisinin iptal ettiğini ve üzerine hemen odayı sattığını, otelde hiç müsaitlik olmadığını ve boş oda bulunmadığı için bize yeni bir oda veremeyeceğini belirterek bayrama 2 gün kala bizi mağdur etmeye çalıştı. Booking ile yaptığımız yazışma ve telefon konuşmaları neticesinde güncel kredi kartı bilgilerimiz tesise iletilmiş olmasına rağmen tesis, ödeme bilgilerimizin hala eksik olduğu gerekçesiyle kartımızdan ödeme almamakta defalarca kez diretti. Muhtemelen hedefleri bir şekilde bizim rezervasyonumuzu iptal edip aynı odayı başka bir misafire daha yüksek bir ücrete satmaktı. Zira bayrama iki gün kala tüm otellerin dolu olduğu ve başka bir alternatifimizin olmadığı bir dönemde bizi bu şekilde mağdur etmeye çalışmalarının başka bir açıklaması olamaz. Tesisle yaptığımız en az 10 telefon görüşmesinden sonra nihayet ödemeyi kartımızdan almalarını sağladık. Ne hikmetse 3-4 saat önce hiç boş odası olmayan tesis, ödemeyi aldıktan sonra odamızı ayırdıklarını söyledi.

+: Food and drinks were average. The beach is generally OK.

-: Beware! I cannot believe this is a 4-star hotel in Google. Everywhere I looked, it was filthy. The hallways are unkept. The reception is so bare it looks like a police station. The room has a wierd smell when you enter. The toilet has sand on the floor and on our last night there was even a gecko swimming inside the toilet bowl (I got it on video). The towels were so worn out with lose edgessides, looks and feels ancient. All in all, it was never like the ones in the photos! One afternoon, we noticed 3 teenage girls playing around the 1st floor when we heard rocks falling down. Turns out the general manager's daughters (the reception person said) were throwing those rocks! Insane!!! I do not think it was attended despite our grievance. To top it all off, there was no parking in the hotel premises despite the advertisement (false advertisement!)... there were some guests who even got their car towed one night. We managed to park our car inside the hotel however due to the lack of parking space, our car was hit by another guest's car. Unbelievable. The hotel staff were not of any help in all of these issues.
