+: The staff were so welcoming, made you feel right at home. They were very attentive to all your needs and you were informed daily of the activity programs. Samet and Sabiha were excellent, so helpful and kind

-: Dåligt ventilation, ej bra städat, all porslin är smutsig, för mörk i lokalerna, det skiljer sig mycket från bilder a i verkligheten,finns ej tillräcklig med platser i restaurangen vid måltiderna. All personal är stressad, trots mängden. Det är ej värt de pengar som jag betalade, för mig det är 3 stjärniga hotell.

+: Le Kids Club, l'Aquapark, les piscines, et la plage. Le Kids Club est fantastique, bien équipé, et avec une équipe très motivée qui sait prendre soin des enfants. L'Aquapark, tant pour les enfants que pour les adultes, est excellent, offrant des moments agréables. Les piscines et la plage sont également bien entretenues, avec une sécurité exemplaire grâce à la présence nombreuse de maîtres nageurs.

-: Le rapport qualité-prix est loin d'être justifié. Le terme "luxury" semble n'être réservé qu'à l'entrée et au hall de l'hôtel.Les chambres du bâtiment principal sont en mauvais état, mal entretenues, avec des taches sur les tapis et les draps.Le service de housekeeping a été médiocre : même après avoir demandé des oreillers supplémentaires, on nous a fourni des oreillers usés de mauvaise qualité. La maintenance est également défaillante : baignoire qui fuit, climatisation émettant parfois des odeurs d'égout, et tiroirs mal fixés.Concernant la restauration, bien que le buffet soit varié, la qualité des aliments est inégale. La salle de restauration du restaurant principal est petite et mal climatisée, nous obligeant souvent à nous asseoir à l'extérieur sous une chaleur étouffante.Le service est désorganisé, avec de longues attentes pour les boissons et le débarrassage des tables.Parmi les restaurants à la carte, seul un est inclus dans le séjour, et notre expérience au Seafood Restaurant a été catastrophique. Quant au restaurant de sushis, il ne correspond absolument pas aux photos publiées par l'hôtel.En règle générale, le personnel est aimable et l'équipe guest relations essaye au mieux de rendre service, mais les nettoyeurs des espaces communs sont parfois trop intrusifs, avec une communication difficile uniquement en turc, créant ainsi un malaise.De plus, la propreté des espaces communs laisse à désirer, tout comme celle des chambres. La couverture Wi-Fi est extrêmement mauvaise, avec de fréquentes coupures, et une journée entière sans service.

+: It was our second stay in this hotel.The accommodation is perfect for kids. We stayed there with kids from 1 to 8 years old and they enjoyed it. The activities (swimming pools and kidsclub), the food , the environment (even if the hotel was full it wasn't crowded around the pool or in the domain) was nice.

-: During the cleaning of our room, one of my earbuds went missing. Although I believe this happened inadvertently, what has upset me the most is the lack of any apology or acknowledgment from the staff. The absence of any form of apology or accountability is troubling. Additionally, I was able to track the earbuds to the laundry room before losing all signal. This has made it evident that the earbuds were indeed taken during the cleaning process. This experience will undoubtedly impact our decision to stay with you again in the future.

-: We recently stayed at your hotel and were extremely disappointed with our experience. The staff was not professional and did not respond to requests. The cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards. The room was dirty, and the towels provided were not clean.The food served was not satisfactory and clearly not fresh, making dining at the hotel unpleasant.

+: The family section, brimming with activities for children, is perfect for families with young ones. Most of the staff, especially our day and night assistants, were incredibly supportive, even though it appears that they lacked the resources to fulfil our requests promptly.

-: The rooms in the main building of the hotel are quite dark, which may not appeal to those who dislike such design choices. Additionally, the rooms could benefit from more thorough maintenance. Initially, we were assigned a twin room with a view of the adjacent construction site, which was unsatisfactory. It took three days for us to be relocated to a different room.
