+: The place is very nice and we got a room with the private pool which made our stay alot better, the rooms are extremely spacious and the staff were very nice.

-: The only thing is the room service was very slow but it could be understandable as the hotel was full,There was a problem of not having hot water in the shower sometimes.

+: Schöne Lage und schöner Pool

-: Die Tische waren sehr dreckig man musste zum Teil selber Putzen der Balkon wurde gar nicht sauber gemacht auch keine Aschenbecher ausgeleert weder Gläser abgeräumt. Das Essen war fad und geschmacklos . Ausserdem war es sehr laut und man könnte es nicht geniessen . Auch fehlte ständig etwas mal kein Apfelsaft mal kein Ketchup mal gab es keine Burger.Auch ein Getränkeservice am Abend gab nicht wie ich von anderen All inklusive Hotels gewohnt bin.

+: Konumu çok iyi fiyatının çok üstünde bir otel. Personel ve temizlik çok iyi. Camlar bile pırıl pırıl, banyo temiz, binalar yeni, havuz tertemiz, peyzaj çok bakımlı.

-: Covid olayının da etkisi var belki ama yemekler biraz orta yada ortanın biraz altı da denilebilir. Kırmızı et bulamadık mesela hep hindi ve tavuk. Ayrıca yemeğe başladıktan 45 dakika sonra çoğu şey tükeniyor ve devamı yok deniliyor. Erkenden oturmak lazım yemeğe.

+: Swimming pool was nice

-: - same food everyday- ran out of French fries and milk- didn’t clean rooms properly - everyone spoke minimal English, used it as an excuse that they don’t understand what your are telling them

-: Everything. Rooms not clean. Food not good. Location is far away and nothing around it. Staff are not friendly. Basically stay away from this hotel even if it is free or given to you as gift.
