+: Good location and good facilities, but the language abilities of the staff left a lot to be desired unless you speak Turkish or Russian. The hotel obviously caters for a specific demographic

+: The facility looks nice and the location is quite amazing. Food is good and there is a decent variety. The events on the evening are very nice
-: Safety is not in their priorities: starting from covid rules, which most of the staff don’t apply (no masks, exceeding numbers on the elevators, in the staff interactions with guest they don’t seem to acknowledge the distance limitations that they claim at the entrance). Around the swimming pools it’s all too sleepy, there is no warnings. Most of the staff don’t speak english and they make it sounds like it is your problem. The generators close to rhe gym area are so loudy that it is heard from the swimming pool nearby and from the rooms, not from the gym for the music there is loaded so loud that you can barely hold in there. When we arrived it took more than 1 hr before they gave us one room on the block we paid for. The room had several problems due to poor maintenance: the main one was the door, the locker didn’t work, therefore we spent several times going back and forth to the reception, and all the time the staff struggled to fix the problem, finally they realised it was the door, but instead of fixing it, they told us to keep going back and forth when it did happened. It did happened 6 times in just 2 days. We spoke with the managers, no one apologies or acknowledge of the poor service they were providing us, they all seemed quitw used with those kind of problems but at the same time surprised we weren’t.
