+: We stayed as a couple for our wedding anniversary for five nights and were thoroughly impressed with our choice.ROOMWe communicated with guest relations before our stay and were allocated a wonderful room on the top (7th) floor of the main building. The room was spacious, with a large shower, a cozy balcony overlooking the mountains and the sea, and a romantic but tasteful theme. The bathroom was well-stocked with amenities, and the minibar was replenished daily. The bed was extremely comfortable, and waking up to the sunrise was a joy. The only minor downside was occasional fluctuations in shower temperature during peak times. Overall, the room and cleaning service deserve 4.95 stars.FOOD AND DRINKSThe main buffet served a wide variety of food, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. We often skipped lunch at the buffet and opted for the 247 restaurant, Chef's Cellar, which served a la carte dishes. Dinner at the buffet was varied with different themed nights, making each meal an exciting experience. There were also many snack options around the hotel, including ice cream, waffles, and fish sandwiches. For guests staying five or more nights, a complimentary dinner at one of the three a la carte restaurants is included. The food was decent, but the service was outstanding. The drink options were extensive, including imported spirits, and freshly squeezed juices were available at the pool bar. Overall, food and beverages earned a 4.55 rating.FACILITIESThe public spaces were impeccably clean, with toilets maintained every 30 minutes and all surfaces spotless. The beach was clean with plenty of sunbeds, and the pools were well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the 18+ pool, which was a peaceful retreat. There was also a water park with slides for both adults and children. Additionally, the hotel had shops for essentials and souvenirs. Facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, earning 55 stars.

+: Das Zimmer 17xx im siebten Stock hatte viele Fenster und bietet einen Rundumausblick auf die Hotelanlage, auf das Meer, die Berge, den Sonnenuntergang.. atemberaubende Aussicht. Die Anlage war großläufig und gepflegt. Der Strand (Sand und etwas Kies) war sehr sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Auch unsere Guest Relation Mitarbeiterin war immer sehr hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Im Restaurant:Die Hausweine haben alle gut geschmeckt. Das Essen war vielfältig und auch schmackhaft. Man wird nie hungrig aus dem Restaurant gehen. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Es gibt tagsüber Eis am Stiel soviel wie man möchte und Eis in Waffeln im Hauptrestaurant. Das 247 Restaurant ist top und ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Ich kenne nicht viele Hotels, die das haben. Guten Kaffee gibt es in der Nähe von der Kinderbetreuung in der Coffee Bar.Kinderbetreuung:Alle Betreuer sind sehr lieb und freundlich. Es werden besonders um 10:30 und 14:30 schöne Aktivitäten angeboten. Ebrus Painting kam besonders gut an.
-: Die kleinen Ameisen im Zimmer haben mir nicht gefallen. Koffer am besten immer geschlossen lassen, sonst hat man Ameisen als Souvenir. Wir sind trotzdem im Zimmer geblieben, da die Aussicht einfach wunderschön war.Etwas zu wenig Beleuchtung im Zimmer.Die Zimmer waren immer optisch sauber, das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich. Aber wenn man im Zimmer als auch im Restaurant mal genauer hinschaute, fehlte es doch noch etwas an Gründlichkeit (Gläser, Besteck, Fenster, Teppich , Wände etc).Manche Barkeeper konnten einfach keine Cocktails zubereiten. Nur einmal hatte ich einen schmackhaften Cocktail bekommen. Der Rest war leider ungenießbar. Wenn das Hotel mehr Gäste aus Deutschland empfangen möchte, empfehle ich mehr deutschsprachiges Personal einzustellen. Ich bin nur zwei Mitarbeitern begegnet, die Deutsch sprechen konnten. Beide waren sehr freundlich.
