+: We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean). The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the hotel spoke very good English. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was very nice. The hamam with the additional indoor pool area was fantastic. Mustafapasa area is quiet and not far from all the amazing attractions in the Cappadocia region (either using rental car or taking taxi).Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.5 star experience. Would definitively recommend the hotel. The rooms are even more beautful in real life than the pictures on the booking sites.

+: The beauty of the site and the pool.
-: We weren’t not given a cave room first (even though we paid €260night). We needed to pay €75night extra to get a cave room, which is really high price for 1 night. People can get a decent cave room with vey less price. That might be reason, the hotel was empty. Breakfast was served in tables with minimum choices for the price we paid. No Wi-Fi overnight.

-: The location. Didn’t think that the hotel area was quite remote. Our first time in Cappadocia, I think Göreme and Uchisar areas are better. More convenient.
