+: The food was ok. The staff was friendly. We liked the restaurant with Turkish cuisine.

-: There was a problem with a shower, as the door was missing, as such there were sometimes wet in the bathroom after we were taking shower. We asked several times to solve this, but it wasn't solved during our stay. The hotel is pretty old. We expected everything to be better, as it positioning itself as 5 star hotel, however I only can give 3.5 compare to others where we stayed.

-: Ants scattered all over the room and even on my clothes and food.Very bad room service and bad behaivor of the restaurant staff.Bathroom drainage clogged, water leakage from the shower pipes.The way food was prepared and quality is poor.
