+: Tout le personnel était très aimable. Ils sont polis, accueillants, souriants, vraiment rien à dire. Restaurants avec du choix et piscines correctes. La plage est collé à l'hôtel et propre. Spectacles le soir vraiment bien. Beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants. Hôtel familial, mais si ça ne vous convient pas vous pouvez réserver plutôt le Tui Blue juste à côté pour les +16ans qui fait partie de Sherwood mais qui sont deux hôtels différents.
-: On a eu un petit soucis avec le ménage de la chambre mais ça a été réglé par la suite.

+: The hotel is nice and certainly better than I expected after we read some of the reviews just before we flew out there. But they do need to re-invest into most areas. (e.g. The gym equipment must be the original equipment - at least 15 years old and looking older.) The food was ok, but certainly the same mostevery night. Yes variety to a point - mainly different types of stew! - but not true variety - by cooking techniques. All in all this is a 4* hotel tops. But charging 5* pricing. Which certainly makes it feel very expensive for what you got. Upgrade the tired bits (and the food menu) and it would be one to go to for sure...
-: Offering lacked variety as a whole. Which made us want to leave the 'All Inclusive' hotel 4 days out of the 12 we were there, to visitexperience something else. The hotels challenge is to stop people needing to do this.

+: De ligging van zwembaden en route naar de zee beviel mij er goed. Erg overzichtelijk en mooi uitzicht. Personeel is erg vriendelijk
-: Hygiene zwembaden was niet op orde, weinig activiteiten waardoor het overdagvoor gezinnen met kinderen saai werd. Animatieteam was niet goed tot erg saai. Avonden was saai, ook weer geen activiteiten geen muziek. Eten was overdag minimaal en erg saai. Restaurant buiten is erg watm en broeierig waar niets aan wordt gedaan. Wij hebben dit jaar ervaren dat het hotel aan het bezuinigen was en alle gezelligheid en extras eruit heeft gehaald. Dit kan begrijpelijk zijn maar het zwembad was troebel van kleur en dit vind ik niet kunnen
