-: Das Personal war unfreundlich. Essen hat gar nicht geschmeckt. Lautes Gestöhne durchgehend. Zimmerausstattung war schlecht. Zimmer waren nicht sauber wie auf den Bildern. Pool Gelände war fraglich

-: Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es entspricht in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die man an ein 5-Sterne-Haus stellt. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem sehr alten Zustand, die Einrichtung ist veraltet, und man hat das Gefühl, dass die Türen jeden Moment zusammenbrechen könnten. Lediglich der Lobbybereich ist neu renoviert und macht einen guten Eindruck.Ein weiterer negativer Punkt ist das Verhalten des Hotelbesitzers. Es wurde mehrfach beobachtet, dass er sich unangemessen gegenüber weiblichen Gästen verhält, was für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie völlig inakzeptabel ist.Auch das Essen war eine Enttäuschung. Die Auswahl war für ein Hotel mit angeblich 5 Sternen sehr begrenzt und die Qualität ließ stark zu wünschen übrig.Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel weit davon entfernt, den Standard zu erfüllen, den man bei 5 Sternen erwartet. Es wäre angebracht, die Sternebewertung zu überdenken, da das Angebot in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt ist.

+: Curățenie, amabilitatea personalului, toți erau zâmbitori și amabili, mâncarea foarte bună și destul de variată, animația, plaja superbă cu nisip fin fără pietricele, scoici, stânci și intrarea lînă în apă
-: Ar trebui să facă un efort și să schimbe saltelele de la paturi și să suplimenteze cursele de transfer la și de la plajă (chiar dacă nu era o distanță prea mare era un pic de rampă iar pentru cei mai comozi...) și să prelungească orarul acestor curse. Ultima era la 16:45...

-: Personal Service Sauberkeit ich verstehe nicht wie 5 Sterne bei der absteige zustande kommen. Ich habe für den Ankunfttag mein Zimmer bezahlt check in 14 Uhr bin um 0:30 Uhr im Hotel gewesen weil hier und da was erledigen musste als ich im hotel ankam wurde mir gesagt das ich zuspät komme und mein Zimmer vergeben wurde satte 2 Std. Hab ich auf mein Zimmer gewartet dies war kein Einzelfall einige Hotelgäste haben meinen aufstand mitbekommen und mir das gleiche berichtet also gibt bloß euer Geld für so eine absteige nicht aus

+: Die Lage ist recht gut und mehr oder weniger Zentral.
-: Hier ist eine Massenanfertigung bei dem die Hygiene, Essensqualität, Kundenfreundlichkeit komplett vergessen wird.Im Fitnessraum möchte man die paar noch funktionierende Geräte nicht mal mit Handschuhe anfassen wollen.Die Teller beim Buffet sind praktisch alle dreckig und das Essen wird schlecht und lieblos zubereitet. Die Hygiene im ganzen Hotel ist einfach ungenügend .Auf dem Balkon waren noch viele Haare vom Gast vorher und nach dem Zimmerservice ist der Boden gleichdreckig wie zuvor.Nicht zu reden von den Duschkabinen.Für uns steht die Preisleistung in keinem Verhältnis und wir werden nie mehr dahin wollen.Das Personal sieht regelrecht überlastet aus, da zu wenig Personal für die Gästeanzahl vorhanden ist.
