+: Très belle piscine, la plage n'est pas très loin de l'hôtel, bon service de nettoyage.
-: l'hôtel est un peu vieux, une forte odeur d'humidité à l'étage du spa qui se trouve au -2, l'hôtel est tout Inclusive mais vous devez tout de même payer plusieurs services comme les jus à la plage, les jus pressé le matin, glaces à l'hôtel etc , la nourriture pas de qualité pas de goût .

+: Nur die Lage war okey.
-: Es waren ständig Tiere bzw. Katzen im Buffetraum und haben das essen angefasst und auch abgeleckt. Es war sehr unhygienisch und viele Sachen waren auch abgelaufen... Rezeptionspersonal (Nachtportier) war sehr Aggressiv und Unfreundlich. Haben mit vielen Gästen gestritten und wollten auch die Gäste schlagen. Trotz Reklamation hat das Management auch überhaupt nicht reagiert.

+: The organisation is great, food is superb, all day ling you have something to eat, cocktails are fabulous. Transportation to the beach every 15 minutes as well from the beach to the hotel.They speak great English and German 👌

+: Every thing was great , the staff were helpfull and always smilling. The hotel is clean , pool clean
-: The problem is that not much staff speak english, they all speak German as a foriegn language , maybe because the majority of guests are german, and i understand it. But i think there should be more speaking english staff.

+: the property was nice, in a nice and good location. in a good shape after the COVID crisis but it does need some fixing the staff are amazing, helpful a lotnice (well I can’t really describe how nice they are)
-: the food was disaster I know Turkish food is amazing it’s my first time in Antalya so I expected good to be greatwell the food was really below averageover cooked, shortage of food for the good one t least. my only disappointment was the food they really need to work on it *the quality not the quantity
