+: The only good things about the place was the standard breakfast, the cleanness, and the beach of Side. Everything else falls short of a horrible destination for holidays.
-: The staff (excluding one-two people) was horrible, rude and unhelpful. Even when they failed to accommodate to our requests, they were unapologetic and rude. The hotel waiters were perverts and would make unwanted and unwelcomed sexual implications during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The drinks were horrible, and in the beach (and everywhere for that matter), the hotel could not even provide cold water, or ice (when we would ask for ice, they would only provide two cubes and say that's enough). There was no diversity of food or drinks. Do not recommend this place to anyone!

+: Der Strand war sehr schön sowie der ständige Shuttle zum Strand. Der Spa und Wellnessbereich war hervorragend Beste Möglichkeit zum entspannen. Vor allem Hamam sowie Massage war wunderschön. Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich.
-: Angekommen im Hotel an der Rezeption fallen einem viele kleine Details ins Auge. Uhren an der Rezeption die verschiedenen Zeiten auf der Welt zeigen sollen waren überwiegend ohne Funktion. Nur eine Kleinigkeit aber so begann alles und es fielen einem immer mehr Details ins Auge. Schlecht beleuchteter Flur defekte Lampen im Zimmer, defekte Telefontasten, sehr marode Möbel, Gestank im Bad, Gestank zu Verpflegungszeiten im Flur, unhygienisches BadToilettenWaschbereich, schlechter Zimmerservice (kein Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt, Kühlschrank 2 Tage nicht aufgefüllt) Das essen war sehr schlecht, nicht einmal die einfachste türkische Küche wie RühreiMenemen hat gestimmt. Osteuropäischen Touristen in Überzahl die nur für's kostenlose Trinken im Hotel sind. Dieses Hotel hat keine 5 Sterne verdient und bei 650€ p.p. für 6 Nächte kann man mehr erwarten. Das Hotel würde ich niemanden empfehlen.
