-: The room service was not provided at a consistent time, and on several occasions, they failed to provide sufficient blankets for the four of us. The bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor due to gas emanating from the drain. The shower gel container was broken, and despite daily room cleaning, room service never offered a solution or refilled it. a few times a day wifi is not available
