+: Good location. Lovely hotel. Mustafa who worked there was amazing.

-: Food not great. Didn’t have a kids buffet in the restaurant. Not great if you don’t like cats. Fortunately I love them.

+: I was pleased with the quality of the food, the swimming pools, and the well-organized sequence of activities.

-: The room service was not provided at a consistent time, and on several occasions, they failed to provide sufficient blankets for the four of us. The bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor due to gas emanating from the drain. The shower gel container was broken, and despite daily room cleaning, room service never offered a solution or refilled it. a few times a day wifi is not available
