+: Hotel is situated a few hundred meters from the beach, shuttle service is available. Hotel staff incl reception, animators, waiters are friendly and helpful. Cleanness is a top priority at the hotel incl. the beach part as well. Good programs for small kids. Food is good and various. Evening events are also fine.

+: Animation team and evening shows. Everything you need is within walking distance. Opportunity to eat at the night.

-: My overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Firstly, only about 2% of the staff speaks English, which made communication extremely difficult. The majority of the staff primarily speaks German. This is not ideal for an international hotel. The food was terrible. Everything was overcooked, with strange, unappetizing sauces in the salads. Often, the food tasted as if it came from a basement, with a stale and unpleasant flavor. The staff at the bar was frequently unfriendly, making the experience even less enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel has a very small territory, which limits activities and relaxation space. Housekeeping was awful. The room was poorly cleaned, and the minibar was not restocked, even after I specifically requested it. Given all of this, I can confidently say that the hotel is not worth the price. The quality does not match the cost at all.

-: Yemeklerin daha lezzetli olmasını beklerdim. Tatlılar içecekler oldukça şekerli idi, yemekler midemize biraz dokundu. Ama restoranda çalışan herkes çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever idi. Resepsiyondaki Nazire Hanım’ın nezaketi beni ve tüm ailemi çok etkiledi🥰

+: Totul a fost foarte bine, frumos. Mancarea buna, curățenie, spectacole frumoase, personalul foarte ok. Am mai citit cateva pareri mai proaste și pot spune ca nu sunt de-acord. Personalul este foarte ok, ca nu prea vorbesc engleza, dacă vrem găsim o modalitate de a ne înțelege. Pentru noi totul a fost perfect! Multumim tuturor, ospatarilor, personalului de la spectacole, foarte prietenosi, recepția, doamnei manager de la hotel care ne-a trimis taxi la aeroport sa ne ia! Mulțumim Side Royal!!

-: Strand: ist 900m entfernt und nur über eigenem Bus-Shuttle erreichbar, zu Fuß müssen Straßen überquert werden wo Autos ziemlich schnell unterwegs sind.Empfang: obwohl wir min. ein halbes Jahr vorher 3 Zimmer reserviert hatten, hat man uns 2 Familienzimmer angeboten, es wurde behauptet das Hotel wäre überfüllt, erst nach Nachdruck waren 3 Zimmer verfügbar. Pool: kleinKinder: für kleine Kinder ungeeignet da keine Rutschen und Kinderpools vorhanden sindShows: meist Live Musik wenig Shows und kleine Bühne

+: Les jeunes animateurs très sympas. La plage et piscines sont bien.

-: personnel ne parle pas anglais. Certains sont désagréables, pas un sourire surtout ceux de l accueil. Ils répondent à peine au bonjour. Cela est choquant! Draps pas changes durant 15 jours. Couettes sales. Ménage, le stricte minimum. Repas pas à la hauteur du prix ( bcp de surgelés surtout la viande).J avais demandé une chambre calme. Nous avons été surclassé (une chambre en plus) mais c était très très brouillant, à côté de la réception.

+: Am avut un program foarte încărcat, animatorii se ocupau atât de copii cât și de adulți, seri de disco, aerobic la piscină, yoga pe plaja. Mi-a plăcut ambianța, curățenia, mâncarea.
