+: un hotel super frumos si curat. Personalul de la receptioneri pana la menajera foarte respectosi si amabili. Micul dejun pranzul si cina foarte variate si gustoase. Un concediu minunat. Multumim pentru tot si speram sa ne vedem si la anu.

+: Totul a fost foarte frumos. Pozele identice cu realitatea. Personalul foarte ok, curatenie mereu, foarte ospitalieri. 3-4 minute de mers pe jos pana la plaja. Chiar si Beach Boy-ul a fost foarte de treaba.

+: RIEN je suis très déçue de mes vacances !!! Vous ne m avez pas répondu au cours de mon séjour !!! Scandaleux !!! J ai payé le Prix exorbitant de 3410 euros pour une minuscule chambre!!!!!!!!!!
-: Photos mensongères, rien à voir avec tout le descriptif sur votre site. Je me suis plainte à plusieurs reprises mais aune réponse ne m a été donnée de vos services. J’ai passé de très mauvaises vacances ! Le buffet était très médiocre (rien à voir avec les photos), la chambre était très petite et pas très bien nettoyée (nous avons retrouvé du maïs sous la chaise et de la poussière), la salle de bains très très petite pour trois, la vue sur le parking avec du bruit toutes les nuits, la chambre était très mal isolée : on entendait les bruits des pas et des chaises au dessus (nous avons alerté la réception car les personnes au dessus faisaient du bruit la nuit). De plus, la piscine (si on peut appeler cela une piscine) est très très petite, on ne pouvait pas nager tellement il y avait du monde. Les animations presque inexistantes en journée !!! Je me suis plainte auprès de vos services plusieurs fois durant mon séjour mais aucune solution ne m’a été proposée !!! Scandaleux pour le prix exorbitant que j ai payé 3410 euros !!!!!! Soit disant un hôtel 4 étoiles !!! Ce n est pas un hôtel avec des étoiles !!! Aucune prestation ne vaut une étoile !!! Je demande un remboursement !!!

+: The location is nice, but it's not the beachfront as it claims to be. The hotel is young and its facilities are still new and good-looking. Food is fine, especially dinner.
-: 1) No smoking policy at all. The lobby smells like an ashtray. Everyone, guests and staff, smokes everywhere: near the pool, at the restaurant, etc. 2) Very rude staff. At the bar, I asked for tea, and the bartender rolled her eyes and then, while serving, spilled the half on the plate. When I asked for a new plate or napkins, she just threw it at my face.
