+: Amazing hotel and service.Will come back one day for sure.

+: Well, the place, the room, the pools, the beach and the restaurant including the food were perfect. The staff was also great, except the housekeeping woman.

-: I didn’t like the fact that they had overcharged us with some extras from the mini bar which we didn’t even touch. Anyway, after arguing with the staff, they gave me back the amount that was charged. So you should pay attention to the mini bar and also read twicely the receipts. - another unpleasant thing was the cleaning in our room. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Only the sheets were done but that was all. I asked the housekeeping if she can vacuum the floor, and she said she did, but there was clear she didn’t, and she also answered in a rude way, even though I ve asked her politely. Despite all these facts, everything was great.PS: always put your money and valuables in the safe-deposit box.

+: I loved everything about this property. The staff were so hospitable and kind and super helpful! The service was 1010. The facilities and view were stunning.

+: كل شي الا تنظيف الغرف

-: تنظيف الغرف كنا نخرج لساعات ونعود ولم يتم التنظيف وان تم التنظيف لا يتم وضع المناشف مثل العدد السابق ولا ادوات النظافه والفندق لم يكن رخيص القيمة لكي نعامل بالتوفير هذا وكان لا يوجد اكواب ولا يوجد ملاعق داخل الغرف

+: For the first time I felt like I am home as all staff are genuinely would like to help with a big smile. Starting with Bora, Ali from the bell boys then with Ounur, Basak and Erman from the reception and Gokhan in Concirage them Eda and Zeyneb from guest relation also Serife from housekeeping. I hope I didn't forget someone so Big Thank you

+: Everything ! The venue, the staff, the vibesThe breakfast. Everything was amazing !The hospitality from the staff was beyond amazing and a special thanks to Zeynab as she went above and beyond during our stay.

-: Nothing. Everything literally exceeded our expectations. Only issue was that taxi sometimes take a bit too long to arrive other than that everything is perfect
