-: The name of the hotel is extremely misleading. You cannot name this place "Grand Family Hotel". The tiny dirty entrance that is pretty hard to find on the busy and loud street. The room itself was not as dirty as the entrance but still not clean. We haven't been in touch with the staff much, so nothing to comment on it

+: Établissement propre, super bien situé à proximité du tram et avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants autour. Les chambres sont grandes et propre, ascenseur à disponibilité. Personnels au top, tres accueillant, un grand merci à Achraf, Ayhan et Seraj pour leur amabilité, leur écoute, ils sont disponible pour nous pour toutes questions, et nous ont guidés pour nos sorties. Rien à redire la meilleure équipe.
