+: We didn’t like anything about this hotel we have been very disappointed it’s was completely a loss and this hotel ruined our vacation we trusted booking.com and booked with it but we r highly disappointed we want refund.
-: There is no elevator the receptionist was rude he trapped us on check in and changed our room by saying he is giving us bigger room but actually he gave us faulted room the toilet was extremely small and smelly dirty and the AC was not working it was extremely hot and suffocated our kids got sick my husband got sick we had to move out 2am in the nite because of this cheap hotel we want refund we paid 300$ to this hotel. We have proof of checking in to other hotel at 2 am in the morning. It was waste of time and energy and money. We want refund
