+: This hotel is an absolute disgrace. It became a nightmare from the moment we arrived untill we left. We have a full list of complaints, yes we have been moved to other rooms due to rats, carpet and other horrible smells but this didn't improve the quality of stay.

-: -rooms ruined, molt everywhere, carpet ruined, holes in the wall, no light, no airco, no shower, horrible smells in rooms, bedrooms no light or electricity, gym is full of dust and danger to enter. Swimming pool was worked on during our stay. Nothing looks in real like the photos hopped photos on the website or booking.com. Problems with payments manager couldn't trace our payments while confirmed by staff that payments where in order.

+: Very nice hotel. Clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good. There are good parking places.

-: I am very disappointed from the sea in Cesme. It is cold, rocky and really bad. The wind blows 247. The hotel is far from any beach. You need a car to go there.

+: The location was great, directly opposite a Dalyan Marina, wonderful views. The pool area and the food was pleasant!

-: Not clean at all, although the building is reasonably young, the place needs a lot of tender, love and care. The housekeeping staff need to be taught how to clean. No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms (this is nothing major). Overall cleaning is the only thing letting this beautiful place down.
