+: Attente 1:30 a l'arrivée. Chambre très sale avec odeur horrible. Repas répétitif et pas de choix. Le lendemain les meme plats. Assiette couvert sale. Vraiment un gros problème d'hygiène . Plage privée toute petite10 chaise longue a peine

+: Die Anlage ist sehr schön grün gestaltet und gut gelegen, nicht weit zum Strand an einer schönen Bucht. Das Personal ist super lieb und sehr freundlich. Für Kinder sind die 3 Pools mit Wasserrutsche ideal. Das Preis -Leistung-Verhältnis war top.
-: Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte ein paar Sanierungen und Reparaturen, insbesondere die sanitären Anlagen sind optimierungsbedürftig... Die Sauberkeit und Hygiene war teilweise schon grenzwertig, es war aber auch die letzte Woche der Saison. Wer hier empfindlich ist, sollte sich vielleicht ein anderes Hotel suchen.

-: Booked back in JulyAug. Had a family problem which ment I was unable to fulfill my trip. I emailed 3 times asking if possible for a full refund or even partial.I know my booking was clear on the cancellation policy. But I felt I was reaching out early enough for them to refill the room and my reasons for cancelling. I got NO response whatsoever. 3 EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE.Bad customer service!
