+: Facility itself was very goodlooking, great breakfast was included in the price. Location was very close to the Oludeniz beach, because of this we spent very little time at hotel. The main problem there was that Wifi was not working in the bedrooms.

+: Beautiful hotel and great staff! Especially Bayram and Rodin were very friendly and helpful.
-: Rooms are outdated and not very clean. Everyday cleaning was good but the rooms need deep cleaning ie mould in the shower cabin, not very clean basin and toilet.

-: Det hele var godt indtil, der var indbrud på værelserne. Vores sidste aften, ser vi udenfor at politiet er der, og et par står udenfor. Vi spørger om hvad der er sket og får at vide at der var indbrud i deres værelse, hvor de har mistet svarende til 140.000 tyrkisk lire, og hos to unge piger var der også indbrud. Da vi senere går til vores værelse ser vi at vores dør står åbent, heldigvis var der ikke taget noget, men personalet var ligeglad, de spurgte ikke engang om vi havde mistet noget. De tager ikke ansvar og tyveriet, men det er kun deres rengøringshold som kan komme ind i alle værelser, der var ingen tegn på hærværk eller skader på dørene. Det var tydeligt at man havde brugt kort til at komme ind

-: Check-in delayed by more than an hour , no apologies. Family room not spacious at all. It looked like another bed had been added in.
