+: Die Lage, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen, sehr Hilfsbereite und freundliche Rezeption, viele zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Kellner und Küchenpersonal.

-: Die Betten sind zu weich, verschmutztes Meer, vereinzelte lästige Mitarbeiter die einem oft was andrehen wollten. Poolrand (Richtung Restaurant) sollte mal wieder gereinigt werden, der Massage Verkäufe drängte trotz Verneinung zu einer Massage von 50€ da dies laut ihm nicht viel Geld sei.

+: The location is perfect and food was excellent

-: -The reception staff were rude and discriminatory. During checkout, when I asked for assistance with my luggage, they kept me waiting but nobody came! and the receptionist guy was very careless.-The all-inclusive drinks policy ended at 10:00 PM, after that additional charges applied, which seemed unusual.-The night time activities were very limited and not interesting.- Clean Towels were not available every day.
