+: The staff was really nice and welcoming .

-: The manager has no clue on how booking works. Even though paid and confirmed both through booking and email we were stopped and told payment didn’t go through. Not a nice experience to have to show someone your personal bank statement and email. As someone who has worked in the hospitality sector for years. Not once have I seen a manager not understand the difference between the money reaching their account and it being confirmed and charged to the guest.
