+: Csodálatos volt a hotel. Mi a főépülettől külön, bungalóban laktunk ahová golfkocsival vittek minket. A hotel környezete fantasztikus, egy igazi oázis ami hatalmas területen terjed el. Bárhová nézett az ember, mindenütt csodálatos virágok és növények voltak láthatóak. A személyzet mindenütt tette a dolgát szorgalmasan és szolgálatkészen. Mindenhol tisztaság volt.
-: A főétteremben a reggeli és vacsora során bizonyos órákban igen nagy volt a zsúfoltság, és sokszor emiatt nehéz volt helyet találni.

+: Les espaces verts sont très agréables bien entretenus, bien intégré à la déco ( bravo aux paysagistes 🧑🌾 ). Les piscines sont multiples et à différents thèmes 🏝️pour tous les membres de la famille 🧑🧑🧒🧒. La plage dispose de plusieurs espaces 🏖️🛝🤿 🪂 🚤. La restauration est variée et délicieuse ( découverte de spécialités turques…bravo aux chefs et un spécial merci pour les femmes de crêpes turques aux bords des piscines). L’animation est variée de jour comme de nuit Les débuts de soirées sont dans un espace amphithéâtre à ciel ouvert 🎤🎭 🥳🎉un plaisir de s’installer même pour les retardataires 😊. Le miniclub propose un programme complet d’activités et des travaux manuels originales aux enfants ( poterie, bougie, …..) pour le 4-12 ans et dispose même d’un espace bébé (0-3 ans) . Le personnel est souriant et agréable malgré qu’ils ne parlent pas français ils s’assurent de notre satisfaction

+: 1) Zeer mooi aangelegde tuin. 2) Groot aanbod in het restaurant. 3) Verrassend dat we ook gebruik mochten maken van de faciliteiten in het Sunrise hotel. 4) Positief dat er een apart gedeelte is met een zwembad enkel voor +16 jarigen.
-: 1) De wifi is heel slecht in en buiten het hotel. We hebben een E-sim moeten kopen om internet te gebruiken!2) Voor een shisha betaal je hier 30€. 3) Het volledige hotel werd bezet met Russen. Het hotel kiest hier zelf voor want hun eigen personeel aan de receptie spreekt zelfs Rusisch en geen Engels!!!!! Dit is het eerste hotel in Turkije die ik ken die geen armbandjes aan de gasten geeft, hierdoor kunnen ze geen onderscheid maken tussen minderjarigen en meerderjarigen. Minderjarigen consumeren hier dus ook gemakkelijk alcohol. Ik stond versteld van het overmatig alcohol gebruik in dit hotel door deze gasten wat resulteerde in verschillende negatieve aanvaringen en een oncomfortabel gevoel. We zagen hoe een gast fysieke agressie heeft gebruikt tegen jullie personeel. Daarnaast werd ik in het restaurant verschillende keren aan de kant geduwd en voorbijgestoken. Naar mijn ervaring, is dit geen hotel waar je je comfortabel voelt als moslim. Wij hebben hierdoor dan ook jammer genoeg elke avond het hotel verlaten.
